Cuisine Rooted in Alsatian Terroir

The restaurant offers two dining rooms, each with its own unique atmosphere:
✔ Traditional Room: red terracotta tiles, historic wine press, Alsatian fireplace — an authentic setting.
✔ Brasserie Room: solid oak flooring, friendly bar — the spirit of the old Winstub.
✔ Sunny Terrace: from April to October, enjoy a meal on the village’s central square, surrounded by vineyards and history.

Our menu highlights the essentials of Alsatian cuisine: sauerkraut, tartes flambées, and locally sourced meats, paired with the finest Alsace wines.

The restaurant proudly showcases Alsace wines, carefully selected to enhance each of our dishes.

We work with renowned estates such as Domaine Wach, Domaine Jean Wach and Domaine du Vieux Pressoir, all of which highlight Andlau’s three Grand Crus.

And for those who wish to explore other wine regions, our cellar also offers a selection of Bordeaux, Languedoc, Rhône Valley, Beaujolais, and many more.
